ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Augusta, Georgia. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/23/2026 - Duration: 14 weeks - 48 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - Med Surg Job Details: • 36 or 48 hour guarantee per week • Minimum 1 year experience required; first-time travelers accepted • Patient population: Adults to Geriatrics • Patient ratio: 1:5-6 with 49 rooms and average daily census of 48 • BLS certification required • Epic charting system experience required (also uses Pyxis, SBAR) • Renal Med Surg specialty focus • Navy blue scrubs required • Every other weekend schedule required • Floating within facility/scope of practice as needed • No call requirements • Holiday work requirements: work 1 holiday if 1 falls during assignment, work both if 2 fall during assignment, work 2 of 3 if 3 fall during assignment • Maximum 7 days requested time off allowed • RTO blackout dates: Spring Break (April 4th-12th) • Must be available to submit core items and complete labs within 48 hours of signing contract • 12 hours of orientation required • Skills include telemetry, blood product administration, central line management, wound care, chest tubes, BiPAP/CPAP, and various IV therapies Facility: This healthcare facility is a full-service hospital providing comprehensive medical and surgical care to the community.
