Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Outpatient Surgery - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/30/2026 - Duration: 14 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Position Details - Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Outpatient Surgery - Specialty: Outpatient Surgery / Operating Room (Circulator) - Unit: 70150 – Outpatient Surgery - Facility: Piedmont Augusta Hospital - Contract Length: 14 weeks - Start Date: 03/02/2026 - Travel Experience Required: No (First-time travelers accepted) - Locals Accepted: Yes (same rate) Work Location (Full Address) Piedmont Augusta Hospital 1350 Walton Way Augusta, GA 30901 Schedule & Shifts - Day Shift Options: - 5x8s: 06:30 AM – 03:00 PM - 4x8s: 08:30 AM – 05:00 PM - Schedule Pattern: - 5 days one week and 4 days the next - 72 hours per pay period (bi-weekly) - One weekday off every other week - Weekends: None - Call: No formal call (may stay late based on OR room completion status) - Block Scheduling: No Unit & Facility Details - OR Rooms: 5 - Average Daily Census: 18 - Patient Ratio (Days): 1:4 - Patient Population: Pediatrics to Geriatrics - Charting System: Epic - Medication System: Pyxis - Scrub Color: Provided by facility Required Experience & Skills - Minimum 1 year OR circulator experience (intraoperative setting required) - Experience with outpatient surgical procedures preferred - Strong knowledge of surgical workflows and patient safety standards Surgical Experience Preferred (not limited to): - Retina surgery - Total hip and knee replacements - Hand surgery - Breast oncology and reconstruction - ENT procedures - Laparoscopic cholecystectomy - Hernia repairs - Podiatry Certifications & License - BLS required - ACLS preferred - Active GA or Compact RN license required at submission K16 About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
