ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Augusta, Georgia. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/23/2026 - Duration: 14 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: Registered Nurse - PCU Job Details: • Minimum 1 year of experience required; first-time travelers accepted • Work on Neuro/Stroke PCU floor with mixed medical, respiratory, and cardiac patients • Patient ratio of 1:4 with continuous telemetry monitoring • Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH • Work every other weekend unless otherwise specified • Floating required within facility/scope of practice as needed • No call requirements • Holiday work required based on assignment period (work 1-2 holidays if they fall during assignment) • Maximum 7 days RTO allowed • Navy blue scrubs required • Work with Epic, Pyxis, and SBAR systems • Must be able to titrate cardiac drips and manage continuous telemetry monitoring • Care for adolescent to geriatric patient population • Full compliance required to start on time • Georgia or Compact license must be in hand at time of submittal • Two supervisory references highly preferred at submission Facility: This healthcare facility operates a 36-bed Progressive Care Unit with an average daily census of 30 patients.
