Job Description Pyramid Consulting is seeking a Registered Nurse
(RN) Float for a nursing job in Augusta, Georgia. Job Description &
Requirements - Specialty: Float - Discipline: RN - Duration:
Ongoing - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days, nights -
Employment Type: Staff Key Responsibilities: - Provide
comprehensive nursing care through assessment, planning,
implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans - Deliver
safe, effective, and evidence-based nursing interventions - Monitor
and evaluate patient responses to treatments and adjust care as
needed - Participate in unit-based and organizational quality
improvement initiatives - Maintain compliance with patient care
standards, policies, and procedures - Participate in orientation,
education, and training of students and new staff - Support
professional growth through continuing education, professional
organizations, and review of nursing literature - Uphold patient
care services philosophy and organizational objectives Required
Qualifications:/n•/tGraduate of an accredited or approved school of
nursing/n•/tMinimum of 2 years of RN experience in a related area
(floor or critical care)/n•/tCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification through the American Heart Association or American
Red Cross/n•/tACLS, PALS, or NRP (required for select
units/departments; must be obtained within 6 months of
hire)/n•/tActive Registered Nurse license in the state of Georgia
or a qualifying multi-state compact license/n/nPreferred
Qualifications:/n•/tBachelor of Science in Nursing
(BSN)/n•/tNational specialty certification relevant to the area of
