Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: PCU
Float Duration: 12 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours
Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: Valid nursing license
required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: 1- Minimum 1
year experience in similar specialty. 2- Previous charge experience
preferred. 3- Experience with patient ratios of 1:5/1:6 for MS Tele
and 1:3/1:4 for PCU. 4- Proficiency in electronic health record
systems is required. Description: The Registered Nurse will provide
care for adult and geriatric patients. The position requires
floating among various specialties, including MS, Tele, and PCU.
Nurses will manage diverse patient diagnoses within the assigned
units. Staffing ratios may range from 1:4-5 in PCU to 1:5-6 in MS
and MS Tele. The candidate will be responsible for tasks related to
patient assessments and care delivery. Skills required include
arterial line management, central line care, ventilator management,
and more. Nursing duties will involve monitoring and interpreting
telemetry readings. Nurses will participate in interdisciplinary
support services as needed. The role requires availability to work
major holidays as outlined in the policy. Floating among units is
