Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Float for a travel nursing job in Augusta, Georgia. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Float - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: /n RN - Inpatient /n/n Job Details: /n • Work night shifts with day shift coverage Friday through Sunday from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM /n• On-call availability as needed /n• Holiday requirements include minimum 2 major and 2 minor holidays /n• Must have intraoperative experience or OR circulating experience /n• Perform comprehensive nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation /n• Provide relationship-based patient centered care adapted to population-specific characteristics /n• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care /n• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and case reviews /n• Complete timely documentation and promote respectful clinical environment /n• Serve as preceptor and/or mentor for other professional nurses and staff /n• Participate in performance improvement activities and shared governance /n• Required certifications: RN license (single state or compact), BLS (Basic Life Support) /n• Associates or Diploma in Nursing required, Bachelor's preferred /n• Less than 1 year experience required with completion of accredited nursing school /n• Direct patient care experience preferred /n• Must possess strong critical thinking, time management, and interpersonal skills /n• Ability to function in fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare facility operates as part of a comprehensive health system that emphasizes evidence-based practice and professional nursing excellence through their Professional Practice Model and 5-Star Nursing framework.
