Responsibilities: Performs venipunctures, and obtains/prepares blood specimens in accordance with Piedmont policies and procedures. Qualifications: Education H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required Work Experience No experience required Required 1 year of experience as a phlebotomist Preferred Experience working in healthcare Preferred Licenses and Certifications None Required CPT - Phlebotomy Technician Certification Phlebotomy certification through ASCP, ASPT, NCA or equivalent agency Preferred Business Unit : Company Name: Piedmont Augusta Hospital
