Registered Nurse (RN) | Ambulatory Care Location: Augusta, GA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,926 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 14 Weeks Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Ambulatory Care RN in Augusta, Georgia, 30901! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Outpatient Surgery Duration: 14 weeks Shift: Day (5x8-Hour and 4x8-Hour) Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year in an operating room circulator role License: Current RN license required Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: - 1 year of circulating experience in the intraoperative setting - Experience with specialty surgeries including retina surgery, total hip/knees, hand surgery, breast oncology, breast reconstruction, ENT, laparoscopic cholecystectomy, hernia repairs, and podiatry Description: Seeking a Registered Nurse for outpatient surgery. The traveler will work a rotating schedule of 5 days one week and 4 days the next, totaling 72 hours over a two-week period. The position requires one day off every other week. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a circulator in an operating room. The patient population includes pediatrics to geriatrics. General skills required include operating room experience and the ability to handle multiple specialties. The unit operates with a patient ratio of 1:4, managing an average daily census of 18 patients across 5 surgical rooms. Familiarity with electronic health records and medication dispensing systems is beneficial. There may be expectations to stay over based on the completion of surgical procedures. The holiday policy requires travelers to work major holidays as scheduled. Compliance with health requirements is mandatory before starting the position. Two supervisory references are preferred for submission.
