circulating experience in the intraoperative setting - Experience
with specialty surgeries including retina surgery, total hip/knees,
hand surgery, breast oncology, breast reconstruction, ENT,
laparoscopic cholecystectomy, hernia repairs, and podiatry
Description: Seeking a Registered Nurse for outpatient surgery. The
traveler will work a rotating schedule of 5 days one week and 4
days the next, totaling 72 hours over a two-week period. The
position requires one day off every other week. Candidates must
have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a circulator in an
operating room. The patient population includes pediatrics to
geriatrics. General skills required include operating room
experience and the ability to handle multiple specialties. The unit
operates with a patient ratio of 1:4, managing an average daily
census of 18 patients across 5 surgical rooms. Familiarity with
electronic health records and medication dispensing systems is
beneficial. There may be expectations to stay over based on the
completion of surgical procedures. The holiday policy requires
travelers to work major holidays as scheduled. Compliance with
health requirements is mandatory before starting the position. Two
supervisory references are preferred for submission. Candidates
should be ready to provide required documentation promptly to
