This role demands a compassionate, skilled therapist who is committed to delivering exceptional care utilizing advanced therapeutic techniques to meet individual patient needs. Assess patient condition by conducting physical examinations and evaluating medical histories. Formulate personalized therapy plans to address specific patient needs and goals. Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and manage pain. Document patient progress and adapt therapy plans as needed. Educate patients and family members on therapeutic techniques, home exercises, and lifestyle adjustments. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic, continuous care. Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all federal and state legal requirements. Expertise in physical therapy techniques and diagnostics Ability to design comprehensive patient care plans Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in the use of physical therapy equipment and technology Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapy license Must be registered with the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) CPR certified is preferred
