Job Description:

A company is looking for a Remote Licensed Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities

Provide customer service support for one of the largest insurance providers in the U.S
Assist customers with inquiries and ensure a positive service experience
Complete training and pass the state insurance exam to obtain necessary licensing

Required Qualifications

Must reside in Texas
At least 18 years old
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
1-2 years of relevant work experience
Open availability during operating hours
