Closing Cook Job Description: As a Closing Cook at Hardees, youll
play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive delicious,
high-quality food. Your attention to detail, culinary skills, and
commitment to cleanliness will contribute to a positive dining
experience for our guests. Responsibilities: Cooking Hot Fresh
Food: Prepare menu items according to Hardees standards, ensuring
that each order is cooked to perfection. Sandwich Making: Assemble
sandwiches, wraps, and other menu items with precision and care.
Dishwashing: Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen
equipment. Maintain a well-organized dishwashing area. Cleanliness
and Sanitation: Keep workstations, cooking equipment, and surfaces
clean and sanitized throughout the shift. Quality Focus: Ensure
that all food items meet Hardees quality standards. Pay attention
to presentation, taste, and consistency. Customer Satisfaction:
Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Address any concerns promptly and courteously. Requirements:
Experience: Previous cooking experience in a fast-food or
restaurant setting preferred. Attention to Detail: Ability to
follow recipes accurately and maintain consistent food quality.
Team Player: Work effectively with other team members during busy
shifts. Physical Stamina: Standing, lifting, and moving around the
kitchen for extended periods. Availability: Evening and weekend
