To be successful, you should have:
-- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related degree preferred
-- 5-10 years of demonstrated HR leadership experience
-- Excellent Leadership, time management, and organizational skills
-- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
-- Self-discipline to work independently and effectively in an unstructured environment
-- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
-- Polite and professional
-- Ability to maintain appropriate personal and work boundaries
-- Responsive and willing attitude in the execution of duties
-- Ability to multi-task and prioritize appropriately
-- Strong computer skills
