Position Overview As a Production Team Lead, you’ll be responsible
for leading and supporting a team to ensure efficient and
high-quality production. You will oversee daily operations, meet
production goals, enforce safety standards, and ensure that all
orders meet customer specifications. Your leadership will play a
critical role in improving team performance and driving the
department’s success. What you'll do Lead and motivate a team to
meet daily production goals. Ensure products meet quality standards
and customer specifications. Check equipment daily to ensure a safe
and efficient work environment. Monitor team performance and
provide support when needed. Verify outgoing orders for accuracy
and quality. Follow and enforce safety guidelines and ensure the
team wears necessary safety gear. Keep accurate records of
production and safety checks. Work with the team to find ways to
improve processes and efficiency. All other duties as assigned. Who
you are High school graduate or equivalent 2 years of experience in
a manufacturing or production lead role Experience operating
machinery, hand tools, and reading a tape measure Strong
understanding of quality standards and safety protocols Ability to
stand for long periods and lift heavy materials General knowledge
of fabrics and production processes. Strong attention to detail and
accuracy with names, numbers, and spelling. Must be able to follow
written and verbal instructions effectively. Willing to undergo and
