Looking for energetic and positive office manager to oversee
established and a rapidly growing Pillow manufacturing company.
Responsibilities include overall management of office and
departments. Duties: Oversea Payroll Entry Managing and helping
organize all company departments Implementing policy and procedural
processes Supervising office staff to ensure maximum productivity
within all departments. Overseeing general office operations.
Responsible for overseeing Inventory and Billing Oversea Logistics
Work with Factory Manager to organize production Essential Skills
And Experience 1-3 years of successful Office Management
experience. Excellent computer skills and Proficiency in Microsoft
Office tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint Excellent communication
skills on the phone and in-person. Ability to work independently.
Excellent written communication skills. Organizational and basic
project management skills. Positive and upbeat attitude with
emphasis on exceptional customer service. Ability to multi-task.
Willingness to take on unfamiliar tasks. QuickBooks experience
