Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of golf cars, utility and personal transportation vehicles, snowmobiles, side-by-sides, all-terrain vehicles, professional turf-care equipment, and ground support equipment. Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves. The HR Coordinator role serves our employee population by performing a variety of human resource support duties. This position enters and maintains employee information in multiple systems, handles payroll processing, and tracks and reports payroll information. The ideal candidate will be detailed, organized, timely, and go above and beyond to be helpful to others. Responsibilities: Processes employee change of status forms and enter employee data in human resources information system. Maintain accurate employee data records in all human resources systems. Provide customer service support to HR department and employees regarding benefits, pay, and other inquiries. Assist with payroll inquiries and corrections and support payroll processing as needed. Coordinate leave of absence process for employees utilizing internal resources and third - party vendor MetLife to ensure the leave of absence processes are communicated effectively. Coordinate benefit enrollment process for employees utilizing internal resources and third-party vendors for medical, dental, vision, and other employee benefits. Assist with data compiling from internal and third-party sources to ensure data accuracy in the department.
