These positions will be 100% onsite at client site located in Central Maine.location: Augusta, Mainejob type: Contractsalary: $23 - 26 per hourwork hours: 8am to 4pmeducation: No Degree Requiredresponsibilities:- strong documentation skills.- Customer Support experience with ability to learn new technologies- Assist in planning and coordinating testing changes, upgrades and new and standard products, ensuringsystems will operate correctly in current and future environment.- Anticipate, identify, track and resolve issues and risks affecting own work. Develop contingency plans asnecessary.- Analyze the functional and/or technical impact of new product releases.- Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolveproblems.- Determine time estimates and schedule for own work and resolve issues in a timely manner.- Identify and track issues, risks and action items.? Assist in coordination of testing changes, upgrades and new software products, ensuring systems will operatecorrectly in current and future environment.- Participate in performance improvement activities. Identify and potential improvements related to theenvironment for an application.- Provide accurate and complete answers to general use and environment questions in a timely manner.- Serve as the point of contact for technology support and services.- Serve as the point of integration between the business functions of the department and the technologyrequirements of the department.- Provide desktop computer support.- Serve as a point of contact for communication and coordination of service outages.- Manage the retirement and disposal of obsolete or broken computer equipment.- Coordinate the procurement and installation of new computer hardware and softwarequalifications:+ Experience level: Experienced+ Minimum 2 years of experience+ Education: No Degree Requiredskills:+ Desktop Support+ Helpdesk+ Support+ Customer RelationsFor certain assignments, Covid-19 vaccination and/or testing may be required by Randstad's client or applicable federal mandate, subject to approved medical or religious accommodations.
