Covia is looking for a dynamic Mine Supervisor who will have a
positive impact on the team at its Hephzibah, GA location. This
position will be a split between managing the mine and ensuring the
site's environmental functions remain in compliance with state,
local, federal laws, and all associated permitting regulations. The
Mine Supervisor will be responsible for executing mine plans and
achieving production goals at the lowest possible cost consistent
with quality and safety requirements. Additionally, this role will
maintain sampling, inspection, and reporting schedule to meet
compliance with state, local, federal laws and all associated
permit regulations including: Air Permit, SWPPP, and SPCC.
