About Us:Backed by more than 40 years of experience and one of the industry's leading safety performance records, PPM, helps clients address the complex challenges inherent in today's manufacturing and industrial facilities environment.Our wide experience in meeting industrial plant maintenance needs enables us to implement systems and processes that keep your facilities and equipment running at consistently optimum levels.Job Title:Fork Lift OperatorJob Summary: The Forklift/Loader Operator is responsible for the proper care and operation of equipment such as forklifts and loaders and for maintaining a safe working environment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ensures equipment is maintained according to company standards and customer contractsOperates company equipment safelyAssists with the maintenance of company equipment and vehiclesRecords vehicle information accurately and legiblyMaintains a positive and professional demeanorFollows yard guidelines to maintain a safe working environment (i.e. speed limits, etc.)Must be able to load and unload vehicles as requiredMust be able to pass training and safety requirementsPerforms other duties as assigned.Qualifications: Excellent customer service attitude and skillsProficient written and verbal communication skillsAbility to operate basic equipmentMust be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detailOccasional O.T. as neededMust be able to pass a drug testHS diploma or GED preferredRequired ExperienceAt least two years of work experienceOne year of loader or forklift experience, certification preferred$13- 18/hour, competitive total compensation package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short term, and long term disability.
