This is accomplished through: evaluation of patient/family perspective through direct communication with all involved parties (e.g., faculty, staff, administration); review of relevant records; routine consultation with clinical/administrative leadership, Risk Management, and Grievance Committee as needed, in addition to other departments and programs on an ad hoc basis.Position RequirementsBachelor's Degree and 3 years or more of experience in paid professional experience in a medical or healthcare setting. Conflict Resolution Training.Preferred Requirements5 years or more of experience in paid professional experience in a medical or healthcare setting.
