About The Position
The Systems Engineer will provide network and system administration
including, but not limited to, design, installation, deployment,
and administration of equipment/software, training, and other
technical requirements in support of the site.
The Telemedicine and Advanced Technology Research Center (TATRC) is
a Command under the U.S. Army Medical Research and Development
Command (USAMRDC). TATRC conducts and supports research through its
four key divisions which include: Computational Biology, Digital
Health, Medical Modeling & Simulation, and Medical Robotics and
Autonomous Systems. Through the Advanced Medical Technology
Initiative, TATRC sponsors clinicians across the military health
systems to test new technologies and ideas in clinically relevant
process improvement projects, during operational simulations, or
with animal models. TATRC fosters research to address gaps in DoD
medical programs and military healthcare. With an extensive network
of partners, TATRC expertise is focused on the entire research
spectrum, from early stage innovative research to technology
demonstrations and implementation to benefit the Warfighter. TATRC
Labs actively collaborate with commercial entities and academic
institutions to address the requirements of our medical research
programs through special funding and partnership opportunities.
DHIC is co-located with the Department of Clinical Investigation at
Fort Gordon, GA. The staff of TATRC-DHIC is comprised of personnel
from a diverse background and includes expertise in Mobile Health,
Telemedicine, Research, Program Management, Case Management,
Clinical Information Systems, Operational Medicine, Network Design,
Programming, and Information Assurance. TATRC-DHIC has established
partnerships with DHA, OTSG, MEDCOM, Dwight David Eisenhower Army
Medical Center (DDEAMC), the Regional Training Site Medical, the
Cyber Center of Excellence Experimentation Division, Augusta
University, and Augusta Technical College.
This position will be required to work on-site at Fort Gordon,
GA.
Salary Range
$80,600 - $89,000. Salaries are determined based on several factors
including external market data, internal equity, and the
candidate's related knowledge, skills, and abilities for the
position.
