Job Description:
Duties--- Plays an active role in the development,
recommendation, and promulgation of a cohesive and dynamic training
strategy for the organization.--- Key development officer
responsible for facilitating the ongoing, long-term improvement of
organizational performance, through a sound training management
program.--- Facilitates the design and development of a
comprehensive training program that synchronizes and integrates the
training efforts of the ARCYBER Headquarters and subordinate
units.--- Supports Expeditionary Cyber capability training on
station and deployed as required supporting operations, maintaining
technical proficiency, and document training requirements.---
Serves as the Operations Training Management Specialist and work
leader responsible for the oversight and tracking of the operations
training projectsRequirements Conditions of Employment---
Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness
determination, as determined by a completed background
investigation.--- Three year trial/probationary period may be
required.--- Must obtain and maintain a Top-Secret security
clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS-SCI).---
Must undergo and successfully complete an initial and periodic
Counter-Intelligence Polygraph (CI Poly) examination with No
Deception Indicated (NDI).--- This position is covered by the
Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program.--- The
incumbent is required to sign a DA Form 5019-R, and must pass
urinalysis testing, as required prior to appointment and
periodically thereafter.--- Must pass an initial and periodic
urinalysis screening for illegal drug use.--- Must be able to
obtain and maintain access to NSA and Defense Intelligence Agency
(DIA) accredited facilities and networks.--- Position requires
