Job DescriptionVirtual Security Monitor Do you enjoy helping people and solving problems? Are you computer-savvy? Are you looking for an opportunity to work nights and weekends? BOS Security is currently hiring Virtual Security Monitors for our Security Operations Center. This position consists of live internet monitoring of customer sites in order to deter theft, vandalism, and crime. Although all monitoring is done from our Security Operations Center via computer, this position can be stressful. Shifts are exclusively nights and weekends. Requirements:Ability to work in a fast paced, multitask environment.Ability to thoroughly and to accurately enter data in a timely manner.Ability to take initiative; seek resolutions to problems and prioritize work.Excellent customer service and listening skills.Proficient computer skills using an IBM platform in a variety of software packages.Ability to work with confidential and sensitive materials.Prior experience handling customer service requests, complaints, and problems, required Experience in Security, Customer Service, Emergency Dispatch, and Military Experience is considered along with education.
