Operations Research Analyst (Electronic Warfare)GCubed, Inc.Fort Gordon, GAFull-timeThis position is contingent on contract awardJob PurposeGCubed, Inc is seeking a qualified and skilled Operations Research Analyst that will collect and analyze data on business operations, identify and understand potential or existing problems, show the implications of different actions to solve the problems, and assist in the decision-making process.Essential Functions of the Job* Conduct research and advise potential solutions for integrating modeling environments to support analysis. Cyberspace and EW (EW) effects will continue to be developed and integrated into the CBL simulation environment.* Development includes, but not be limited to, Riverbed Steel Central and Scalable Network Technologies Communications Effects Server (CES), Joint Network Emulator (JNE), and StealthNet (CDRL A003)* conduct research and advise potential solutions for integrating modeling environments to support analysis.* Tasks includes the development, testing, maintenance and configuration management of Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO), Defensive Cyberspace Space (DCO), and the three divisions of EW; Electronic Attack (EA), Electronic Protect (EP), and Electronic Support (ES) related modeling tools develop, test, maintain and provide configuration management of simulation pre-processing and post-processing tools including but not limited to Network Visualization Tools (NVT), databases, database interfaces, and specialized software required to conduct sensitivity analysis of various network architectures for the U.S. Army.* Participate and conduct reviews, evaluations or meetings pertaining to design, specification and configuration management of CBL models in accordance with current/standard DoD information assurance and network policies* Develop, maintain, and provide documentation for any model, interface (custom code), or tool required to support CBL experimentation efforts* Write, maintain, and provide technical documentation related to the employment of these models, interfaces, and tools* Participate and conduct reviews, evaluations or meetings pertaining to design, specification and configuration management of CBL models in accordance with current/standard DoD information assurance and network policies* Develop, maintain, and provide documentation for any model, interface (custom code), or tool required to support CBL experimentation efforts* Write, maintain, and provide technical documentation related to the employment of these models, interfaces, and tools* Develop, maintain, and provide technically oriented documentation on how these capabilities are integrated into the CBL M&S environments and/or efforts.* Develop, maintain, and provide technically oriented operational and system architectures related to the overall construct of the CBL M&S environments and/or efforts.* Develop, maintain, and provide documentation a user manual that explains how to use a particular model, interface, or tool by military role players or analytic staffs.* Also responsible for collecting and maintaining all vendor related information for licensing related to models, interfaces, and tools required for use by the CBL* Responsible for documenting administrative processes related to daily operations in support of the model, interfaces, and tools required to support CBL experimentation or events.Required Qualifications* Security Clearance: obtain and maintain TS with SCI eligibility.* Must have 8 to 10 years experience in operational Electronic Warfare planning, implementation, and configuration (Signal Intelligence/Electronic Warfare 35G, Military Occupation Specialty MOS 29E, or Commercial Equivalent)* Must have a Bachelor of Science four year degree or equivalent job experience* Must possess Electronic Warfare Certifications (Military or Commercial)Preferred Qualifications* Must have the demonstrated ability to plan, conduct, and execute Electronic Warfare Experimentation that involves the use of electromagnetic energy to determine, exploit, reduce, and prevent hostile use of the electromagnetic spectrum.* Must have a thorough understanding of the Electromagnetic SpectrumWorking ConditionsPrimarily in an office environment.
