Job Description:

The Business Analyst is part of the IT Business Operations team and will align themselves with health system operations, IT Operations, IT Architects and the ePMO to determine the most appropriate, cost-effective and innovative solutions to support the business. The ability to review and analyze current and proposed business operations through financial statements, KPI?s and other key metrics is a job requirement. Works with IT Service Delivery Manager to assess the overall effectiveness of Service Delivery to the health system and its departments to devise solutions to problems.

Position Requirements

Bachelor's Degree: IT or Business related field and 3 years or more of experience in Business Analytics or Project Management. Additional years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of minimum education requirement. Skills required: Excellent written and verbal communication. Superior presentation and negotiation skills. Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environment. Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Innovative and creative mindset. Strong management and organizational skills.

Preferred Requirements

Master's Degree: Healthcare IT or Business related field. 5 years or more of experience in Healthcare IT Business Analytics and Project Management. Prior experience as a QA or Developer in a healthcare system. MS Visio to define the different views like system, technical, functional and role-based view. Abi
