Cars of Aiken, and Stokes Hodges Kia! As a Sales Consultant you
will be the face of Stokes Hodges Ford. Sales Consultants will be
charged with providing a warm welcoming atmosphere while working
towards finding the best vehicle choice for our new, existing and
referral-based clients. Successful candidates will have a
competitive nature and have strong interpersonal skills enabling
them to easily hold conversation with potential customers.
Essential Duties: * As a Sales Consultant you will sell and deliver
a minimum number of vehicles per month. * Sales Consultants will
assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and
listening carefully to their responses. * Prepares sold vehicles
for customer delivery prior to customer arrival. * Reviews and
analyzes actions at the end of each day, week, month and year to
determine how to better utilize time and plans more effectively. *
Introduces customers to service department personnel to emphasize
to them the quality and efficiency of service repairs and
maintenance available in the dealership's service department. *
Delivers vehicles to customers, ensuring that the customer
understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty and
paperwork. * Sales Consultants will maintain an owner follow-up
system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes
to customer satisfaction * Exhibits high level of commitment to

* Sales Experience Preferred (and preferably in auto sales) * Valid
