industries. We are looking for an experienced and detail-driven
Quality Manager to lead the quality assurance function at our
advanced materials manufacturing facility. This role is critical in
maintaining our reputation for delivering precision-engineered
polymer components used in high-performance applications across
medical, aerospace, automotive, energy, and other highly regulated
industries. The Quality Manager will oversee the full scope of our
Quality Management System (QMS), from compliance and audits to
product testing and staff development. This is a hands-on
leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced,
high-specification manufacturing environment where quality is

Details Key Responsibilities: Lead the continuous development and
oversight of the site’s QMS to ensure compliance with industry and
customer standards Coordinate the investigation and resolution of
customer concerns, complaints, and nonconformances Serve as the
primary quality contact for customer and third-party audits, as
well as internal audit planning and execution Supervise all quality
control operations from raw material verification to final product
release Direct and coach the quality team to ensure performance,
training, and professional growth are aligned with organizational
objectives Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement
data-driven improvements to enhance product consistency and
reliability Manage the calibration program for inspection and
testing equipment to meet stringent accuracy requirements Partner
with R&D and engineering teams to ensure new product
introductions meet all internal quality criteria and customer
requirements Champion the use of problem-solving tools and quality
methodologies (such as root cause analysis, CAPA, SPC, and FMEA)
across departments Maintain and control quality documentation,
policies, and procedures in compliance with applicable standards
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality,
Materials Science, or a related technical discipline At least 5
years of quality management experience in a regulated manufacturing
environment Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485, or
similar quality standards Experience working with high-performance
thermoplastics or polymer extrusion is a strong advantage
Demonstrated success leading audits and working closely with
customers and cross-functional teams Strong analytical skills, a
commitment to precision, and a proactive approach to continuous
