Job Description:

Quality Compliance Manager. Req Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with Major in Marketing plus 12 months of experience as a Marketing Specialist. Duties: Manage the Process Verified Program (PVP) for poultry product labeling requirements. Maintain PVP documentation & training materials. Work with third party providers, conduct internal audits, analyze & report results. Create product specifications, develop artwork & technical specs for packaging materials; Coordinate with suppliers & verify product labels for regulatory compliance. Maintain product specifications database. Develop acceptable quality control procedures. Analyze quality control data for trends, issues, & report findings. Assist management in recall procedures and maintenance of database for product identification & traceability. Document, implement and maintain procedures for third party providers.
