Job Description Job Description TRC Talent Solutions is seeking a qualified Quality Assurance Specialist on behalf of their client located in Augusta, GA. Pay: $24-25/hr (Based on experience) Shift: Mon - Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm (Overtime is mandatory) Position overview: seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Auditor to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization maintains the highest standards of quality in its products, services, and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality management principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to implement and monitor effective quality control measures. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Develop and implement audit plans aligned with organizational requirements and applicable industry standards. Conduct thorough and systematic audits of internal processes, products, and services to evaluate compliance with quality standards and policies. Document audit findings, including deviations and non-conformities, in a clear and accurate manner. Prepare detailed audit reports and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement. Assist in the development and implementation of corrective and preventive action plans. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions to ensure sustained compliance. Provide training and guidance to employees on quality assurance standards, procedures, and best practices. Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and compliance through ongoing education and awareness initiatives. Identify and assess potential quality-related risks and recommend mitigation strategies. Work closely with relevant departments to develop risk management and preventive measures. Review and analyze customer feedback and quality-related complaints. Partner with customer service and internal teams to address concerns, implement corrective actions, and enhance customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Requirements: Associate degree preferred in Quality Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in quality assurance, auditing, or compliance-related roles. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
