Responsibilities Outpatient Physical Therapist / Part-time
Hitchcock Rehab (Outpatient Adults) at Aiken Regional Medical
Centers is a staple in the healthcare community for Aiken and

Rehab serves a wide variety of patients. The facility provides both
Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy services, and highly

environment. Typical scheduling sees 60-minute evaluations and
40-minute, 1-on-1, treatments. Additionally, Hitchcock Rehab offers
both LSVT BIG and vestibular programs, providing Physical
Therapists who are unfamiliar with these practices the opportunity
to grow their knowledge and skill in these practice areas. Aiken

The Physical Therapist will provide competent PT services
(evaluation, treatment plan development, treatment, delegation of
treatment, family training, and discharge planning) to patients in
an outpatient rehab setting in accordance with facility policy,
standards, and philosophy. Primary diagnoses include post-op
orthopedics, balance/gait, and post-CVA. The Therapist is expected
to meet applicable treatment, documentation, and productivity
standards, and maintain a valid South Carolina PT license. Position
Requirements: Degree from an accredited program of Physical Therapy
(Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate) Prefer 1 year experience in an
outpatient setting, but not required Current SC license and BLS
certification Expected personnel skills, availability, and
abilities: Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
