Solutions Team has an immediate part-time on-call opportunity for
an Arabic Language Instructor in Augusta, GA . T he L an g ua g e I

t y of te c hniques including fa c e -to - f a c e , onl i n e ,
dis t a n c e, s y n c h ronous, a s y n c h r onous, a nd s e lf -
p ace d ins t ru c t i o n . Our Instructors also empl o y b len d
e d le a rni n g te c hniques to include a c omb i n a t i on of e
L ea rni n g too l s, le c tur e s, c lassr o om d i s c uss i ons,
t ea m e x e r c ises, r e a di n g s, c a se stud i e s, role pl a
y s, a n d d e monstr a t i o n s of re quir e d skil l s thro u g
h w o rk - r e lat e d tasks. Required Qualifications: Ability to
acquire a NACI clearance; Typically requires a B.A./B.S. from any
accredited college or University, but can be substituted with an
additional four years of directly related experience. Speakers with
native capability in reading, listening and speaking in the target
language a minimum ILR proficiency level 2 in reading, writing,
speaking and listening in English Speakers with native capability
in English and a minimum ILR proficiency level 3 in reading and
listening in the standard form of the language to be taught. Skill
levels must be documented within the last 3 years. Five years
experience teaching adult language education and methodology Six
months experience using appropriate language fonts, keyboards, and
language training software; Duties and Responsibilities: Deliver
foreign language training using Government- or Contractor-provided
documentation, including assessment plans, instructor guides and
student materials; Tailor approaches in accordance with student
learning styles and strategies; Work as part of a teaching team;
Interact with course developers, curriculum managers, Government
instructors, and Contractor instructors to assist with design and
implementation of training; Use basic classroom technology to
include audio/video/DVD components, and computer applications, such
as Microsoft Office; Provide constructive feedback on student
progress to the Government. All learning assessments correlate with
or directly support unit/topic/course objectives; Deliver
instruction via interactive synchronous and asynchronous learning
activities; Ensure all course delivery meets standards in ADET
Instruction I-04; Teach ISO-Immersions; Use classroom technology
such as SmartBoard/Symposium and Blackboard; Supplement instruction

host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not
limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor
categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience,
specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
