Schedule: 36 hours per week; every other weekend required; no call
Highlights: Telemetry unit with diverse cardiac patient population
including CHF, MI/chest pain, dysrhythmias, and
post-catheterization care Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4-5 in a
16-room unit Epic EMR system with modern technology including Pyxis
and telemetry monitoring Work with adults to geriatric patients in
a progressive cardiac care environment Strong interdisciplinary
support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and
rapid response teams Assignment includes orientation hours and
comprehensive onboarding Requirements: Active Georgia or Compact
State RN license Minimum 2 years of nursing experience; first-time
travelers accepted Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale
certifications required Epic charting system experience required
Demonstrated competency in telemetry monitoring, cardiac drip
management (no titration), dysrhythmia interpretation, and
post-cardiac procedure care Experience with central line care,
chest tubes, PCA pumps, and wound management Two supervisory
references (Manager level or above) highly preferred at time of
submission Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
