JOB TYPE: Full-Time Permanent How You’ll Make a Difference As a
Registered Nurse (RN) in dialysis care, you’ll play an essential
role in improving the quality of life for patients living with
kidney disease. You’ll provide compassionate, high-quality care
while supporting and mentoring Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) and
working alongside an interdisciplinary healthcare team. Please note
that additional leadership positions are available; salary is
negotiable depending on dialysis and management experience. What
You’ll Do Patient Care Provide safe, comfortable, and effective
dialysis treatment to patients. Conduct and document physical
assessments before and after treatments. Monitor patients
throughout dialysis sessions, addressing needs and concerns
promptly. Complete monthly medication profile reviews and
administer medications as ordered by physicians. Teamwork &
Collaboration Serve as an active member of the interdisciplinary
care team, contributing to patient assessments and care planning.
Assist in ensuring proper staffing levels in accordance with state
regulations. Support and supervise PCTs, fostering a collaborative
and supportive care environment. Safety & Quality Adhere to all
regulatory standards, clinical policies, and infection control
protocols. Participate in ongoing education, training, and team
meetings. Maintain accurate documentation to support compliance and
high-quality patient outcomes. Qualifications: Required Current
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state. Ability to
distinguish all primary colors (for dialysis safety protocols).
Preferred One or more years of current nursing experience. Previous
