ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Augusta, Georgia. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ED - Emergency Department - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 01/26/2026 - Duration: 14 weeks - 48 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - ER Job Details: • 36 or 48 hour guaranteed weekly hours • Minimum 2 years of experience required - first time travelers not accepted • Patient population ranges from adolescents to geriatrics • Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS • Work in general emergency department (non-trauma) with high acuity patients • 1:4 patient ratio in 59-bed ER averaging 165-175 patients per day • Must have Epic experience (hard stop requirement) • Navy blue scrubs required • Maximum 7 days request time off • Every other weekend required • Floating rarely required • Holiday work required based on assignment period • 24 hours of orientation • Travel experience required • Previous charge experience preferred • Must be available to submit core items and complete labs within 48 hours of signing contract • Two supervisory references highly preferred at time of submission • Georgia or Compact license must be in hand at time of submittal Facility: This healthcare facility features a very large and busy emergency department that is both Stroke and STEMI certified.
