Augusta, GA Outpatient Clinic: 8am - 5pm - Work hours are
Monday-Friday, no evening or weekend hours. Providing evaluations,
treatment, and medication management in the outpatient setting.
Patient population is of all ages. Provide the full scope of
primary medical care to patients including diagnosis and treatment
of a broad range of conditions. The Physician will also document
patient visits and monitor and facilitate other activities related
to patient care. Provide medication and chronic disease management.
The Physician will work alongside their support staff team to treat
patients and multiple generations of the same families in an
outpatient setting. Multi-specialty practice consists of over 50
providers, 34 physicians, 10 PAs and 12 NPs Will participate in a
call group with 6-8 other primary care providers Currently seeing
20 to 24 patients per day Full adult demographic No hospital call
only as scheduled across our IM/FM group for internal patients Will
this provide supervision of up to 4 mid-level providers ECW EMR
system Qualified Candidates: Board Certified / Board Eligible
Family Medicine Ability to hold a Georgia State Medical License
